As a Nutrition Therapist, my goal is to teach you the basics of how your body works and how to best take care of it. I am a big believer in education empowerment and I will always make learning apart of each of my sessions with clients. There is so much information out there about what is good for you and what is ‘bad’. I’ll teach you how to weed through the nonsense and help you find the resources that will open your eyes to the many options you have to maintain optimal health for yourself.

My goal is to help make it simple for you to apply the science of nutrition and practice the art of healthy living so you can cultivate life-long habits.
